I leveled to 58 as enhament, and wanted to lvl to 70 as resto. If you do all the quests in Hellfire and take the mail healing rewards you will have enough +heals to

S2 is a good way, i never planned on going resto so i have gotten all my healing gear from offsp rolls in raids. although i would rather die in a fire than pve in full pvp gear, S2 is realy good for resto. If you don't like PVP then maybe running some instaes as dps with your guild, making sure you take a healer that needs no gear, then youan take all the healing gear that drops. If you are a rh bíh, BoE epixx from AH are ne start. Rep rewards are also a good start thats all ian raely think of atm.
Honestly at 60 you need very minimal gear to heal rampsbf. If your spced healing. Go to the AH pk up as many +heal or +dmg pees youan just to get your heals up around 300 and its good enough to walk in. loth items are fine too if thats all youan get. I would rommend to you do 4-5 runs of eh if youan, and pk up any and all healing gear youan get your hands on iludingloth pees. Take anything and everything. If a +dps pee drops and no one wants it grab it.
You will be ready to move on when you get a moderately good set going with around 500+heals but even that is a little high for a beginner. Shoot for 400, 500 is eellent.
