You'd still use the Titansteel ones. The haste is irrelevant, and the agi gives you slightly morerit, whh isn't that astounding for Wrath raids. The +80 strength on
the Titansteel makes them more desirable. The Ebon Blade boots blow them both out of the water, though. You should be aiming for them if you want some easy DPS boots.

Haste isn't irrelevant, its just not very good, whh is why its rated around 13 the benefit per point of strength. I want to see some other people explain the math a little more though.

I was going toall shenanigans on this, but I realized that my spreadsheet is not only undervaluing strength by not iluding the +25% for talents, it's also gemming for sketolors, whhosts the Ebon Blade boots 20(!) strength over gemming with the +16s - all to get +6 hit, whh probably doesn't matter at all (sie I'm trying to shed hit with my offsp gear and it's far from the best).
It turns out that the boots linked above are BIS short of maximum item level, andomparable even to those (Melaholy Sabatons). My bad.
