I think that my gear is on par with my level currently. Is gemming then a waste of $$GOLD if you are going to replace it all at level 70 anyway? Should I just keep the better NON-SLot items and sell the slotted ones and keep the gold? Here is my armory Here Just my opinion and others may be able to answer this better but I will say save the gold. I spent (wasted) a whole lot getting gems for various items I had received. I even made sure not to be cheap and got the gems with the higher stats. Put them on the piece, equipped it, and found that often I had ever so slightly better or, more often than not, worse stats than I had before. The stuff that I spent 10 gold on from the AH like the bandit stuff was better than my item with it's ~125G gems in it. I had one that turned out OK that I p...
The second and third parts of the Upcoming Class Changes articles for World of Warcraft have been published on the official forums. We covered Part 1 earlier in the week and now present the final two chapters in the class change saga.Part 2:WARLOCK# Improved Shadow Bolt - this talent now provides a 5% spell critical strike buff (similar to Improved Scorch).# Improved Soul Leech - this talent now provides Replenishment (similar to shadow priests)# Drain Soul now has a chance to produce Soul Shards even if the target doesn't die.# Siphon Life no longer as an active ability but the talent grants the old Siphon Life effect to Corruption.# Curse of Recklessness and Curse of Weakness have been combined into one spell# Consume Shadows - this Voidwalker ability is no longer channeled but has a cooldown.# Several other warlock talents have had their ranks reduced, their effects changed or removed. This list includes but is not limited to Demonic Empathy, Shadow Embrace, Eradication, Suppression, and Pandemic.# Additional new talents have been added.DRUID# Savage Defense - this is a new passive ability. When a druid in Dire Bear form deals a melee critical strike, the druid gains a damage shield equal to 25% of their attack power. The next hit completely removes the shield regardless of how much damage was done.# Survival of the Fittest has had its bonus armor reduced to compensate for the above increase in damage mitigation.# Faerie Fire (and similar debuffs) now reduces armor by 5%. See Sunder Armor in the warrior update below for additional details.# Thorns and Nature's Grasp can be cast in Tree of Life form.# Survival Instincts now works in Moonkin form.# Replenish - to avoid confusion, this talent has been renamed "Revitalize." It now also works with Wild Growth.# We are also looking at increasing the sustained (not burst) damage of feral druids in cat form.WARRIOR# Changing stances now has a much reduced cost: you lose a maximum of 20 rage (10 with Tactical Mastery). For example, if you have 100 rage and change stances, you will have 80 rage remaining. If you have 10 rage and change stances, all of your rage is lost. In addition, we may change the penalties associated with some stances.# You now gain rage when damage done to you is absorbed, such as through a Power Word: Shield.# Blood Frenzy now causes 2/4% physical damage done.# Sunder Armor (and similar debuffs) now reduces armor by 4% per application, and is now a single rank. Creature armor has been globally reduced so that...
Just wondering, If i end up getting the lvl 60 (marshall's) PvP gear set, would it last me a while in the PvE side of things too? (like to anywhere near lvl 70) and in the 67+ PvP world. Or would it just be better to stk with ouring AH and bugging guildmates to join me for runs thru different instaes? I know the armor value starts to get outdone at about the lvl 66 mark, but would it be that big of a deal so long as the stats on the armor are better (the int+ and the equ bonus' e)? There is no doubt that you get to know what a profession if you play World of Warcraft and you should be familiar with Inscription profession if you've played since the debut of Wrath of the Lich King. Just in case you're not, we'll give a brief overview. Characters can learn professions to either gather materials like metal ore, herbs or animal skins, or use those materials to craft useful items like weapons, armor and potions. Aside from First Aid, Fishing and Cooking, each character can learn two main professions. For many people, the end goal in selecting professions is to use them to buy wow gold. If that is what you want to do, Inscription is a very good choice, please follow it.Inscription is a crafting profession, allowing you to make glyphs, scrolls, tarot cards and some other useful items. As a new mechanic released with Wrath of the Lich King, glyphs are character enhancements that give you specific buffs based on your class. If you are a Shaman, for example, you can get glyphs to improve the damage done by your Lightning Bolt or Lightning Shield orbs, or if you are a Death Knight, you can get glyphs to increase the damage of your diseases or the runic power that certain abilities create. At top level, each character can have a total of three major glyphs and three minor glyphs, and all good players want to have them due to the powerful buffs they provide. If you have dual specs on a character, you can have a different set of glyphs for each of your specs. Many people avoid Inscription when looking to buy cheap wow gold because it is a crafting profession. After all everyone knows there ...
A ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This is a very good saying to live by Every day. But especially In today economic state. With companies going under and governments all around the world failing. It might be a good Idea to prepare yourself for the worst with a well built survival kit just in case the worst really does happen. I know that this might sound extreme, and no one wants the worst to happen but once again a ounce of prevention is worth a pound you cure. There are many things that go into a well built survival kit. Some of the obvious things are none perishable foods, bottled water. For the reason of you will want to be able to eat and drink if things get to the point that food is hard to come by. I would at least try to get two or three months of food and water storage for my kit. It is better to have it and not need it that to need it and not have it. Other things that you might want to include are toothpaste and tooth Brush. Along with other hygiene related objects. Deodorant dental floss, shaving cream, Razors, and mouth wash. You might even want to throw things like toilet paper in there as well. A well stocked first aid kit is a absolute must, rubbing alcohol, and a small tools box.The reason it would be a good idea to have a small tool set with your survival kit is that if things get b...
